Abstract


This thesis is based on the understanding and awareness of the Nobel Prize , the theme developed in Japan in 2001 hit the \more objective and realistic Japanese government will recognize the \Proposed in this plan , is a clear sign of Japanese technological innovation nation \in order to avoid the practical needs of the hollowing out of domestic industries ; confidence brought on by Japan 's own experience of the Nobel laureate ; show Japan 's economic strength and the talent pool ; is also to change the image of the country 's consciousness in Japan recrudescence. To some extent, the number of Nobel Prize winners is a reflection of a country's level of basic research . Thinking of Japanese Nobel Plan motivation multi-angle , so that we more clearly aware of : basic research must be strengthened to improve the scientific and technological innovation capability . In addition , we also create some conditions should get the Nobel Prize , at least you can shorten the distance between China and the Nobel Prize .
