Introduction In this paper, microwave-assisted extraction technology devices, extraction methods, principles, parameter optimization, research progress, based on the sample preparation in all areas of its application are reviewed. This experimental work mainly includes the following aspects: (1) the use of ordinary household microwave conversion and homemade microwave-assisted solvent extraction device, and uses the homemade microwave assisted solvent extraction means extracts of fresh wild leaves volatile oil. Optimizing the microwave-assisted solvent extraction on the basis of various parameters, volatile oil yield from the traditional steam distillation increased to 0.96% in microwave-assisted solvent extraction of 1.15%, the entire extraction process is steam distillation of 1/8; by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis identified two methods of extraction of volatile oil is basically the same chemical composition. Experimental results show that the homemade microwave-assisted solvent extraction device, with cheap, easy to promote the use, etc., while in the device based on the microwave-assisted extraction solvent extraction method is a truly pollution-free, fast, and with a high yield of fresh aromatic plants extract volatile oil extraction technologies. (2) self-made microwave-assisted solvent extraction (SFME) devices, extraction different seasons camphor tree leaf essential oil research in different seasons camphor leaves contain volatile oil variation of the experimental results showed that the different seasons of camphor leaves volatile oil yields were: Summer (7 ‰) gt; autumn (6.76 ‰) gt; winter (3.2 ‰) gt; spring (2.75 ‰), from the extraction of volatile oil yield perspective, summer is the best picking season; while taking advantage of GC-MS analysis identified camphor tree leaves in different seasons of the chemical composition of volatile oil change rule of camphor essential oil from the leaves of the actual production to provide a scientific basis. (3) the white lilac flowers were used to study the microwave-assisted extraction - solid phase micro extraction (MAE-SPME) and solid phase micro extraction (SPME) method for analysis of white lilac flowers fragrance ingredient. Experimental results show that the fragrant white lilac flower head main volatile ingredients syringaldehyde B, lilac aldehyde A, lilac aldehyde D, D mellow A, D mellow B, D mellow C, D mellow D, C, etc. lilac aldehyde compounds, through microwave assisted extraction, white lilac flowers can release more concentrated aroma components detected simultaneously flowers aroma components also increased. After optimization of microwave extraction (microwave power 700W, microwave extraction time 60s) conditions, analysis of the white lilac flowers in early, middle and late at different times, different flowering stage, the flowers of different physiological tissue sections (petals, stamens) contains aroma components, the results show that different flowering lilac flowers in the release of a variety of head aroma components are different, with the flowers from bud stage, semi-open to the blooming period of the change process, the concentration of the volatile aroma components increases, the maximum in full bloom, followed by concentration decreases; clove aroma of fresh flowers mainly from the petals rather than stamens. (4) to knot flowers for fragrance materials, the use of microwave-assisted extraction - solid phase microextraction - gas chromatography - mass spectrometry, external standard curves for quantitative analysis results fragrant flowers of linalool and benzyl acetate content. After optimization of microwave extraction conditions are: microwave extraction power 700W, extraction time 10min. Through the analysis of the extract fragrant knot, knot flowers in linalool and benzyl acetate content were 0.146μg / g and 0.355μg / g. This method is good reproducibility, RSD is only 2.08%, 2.74% and the recoveries were 96.82%, 94.28%, is a fast, easy and accurate quantitative analysis of trace compounds content in plant systems approach.
