Abstract


Under the background of the globalization, the fusion of different cultures is becoming an essential trend. All kinds of cultural words develop in the right time. They cross, melt, and combine with each other. The drama anthropology is a branch of art anthropology, it was brought into our country from the west of the world at the end of the 20th century, and has double attributions as drama and anthropology .As a newly arisen academic, it continuously constructs the base of academic theories and establishes the academic scope, at same time, it hopes to go into people’s daily life in the way of countryside inquisition, understands the signs of drama in the different places and the mode of cultural thinking from the real experience , to find the rules and taboos formed by society and custom which are concealed behind the cultural system, and accordingly finds out the deep meanings contained in the drama.At present, as a new academic which has a meaning of filling the blanks, the drama anthropology is gradually paid more attention. Some of the domestic scholars have already paid their attentions to this realm, and have published the papers in this field. But generally speaking, to the research of drama anthropology, there are too many imitations and most of them are using the west theoretical system to repeat the facts of west anthropology, and the researches which uses Chinese own drama resources as researching materials to solve the problems of Chinese drama anthropology are relatively rare. For this reason, the researches of drama anthropology urgently need to find realistic individual cases having very strong conviction to make theoretical explanations reasonably and accurately ,and accordingly discover the deep inherent logic of ethnic culture in special areas.Huanxian Daoqing Puppet Shadow Drama is one of the typical representations of the northwest culture in our country, it inevitably goes into the visual field of drama anthropology because of its integrity and outstanding regional characteristic in its conservation, and becomes a individual case being paid attention. This paper makes a research to Huanxian Daoqing Puppet Shadow Drama in two dimensions of the theory and practice. Researching it from the dimension of theory, the theories of drama anthropology provide a new theoretical visual angle, and offer a strong foundation for discovering the structures, patterns and deep cultural meanings of Huanxian Daoqing Puppet Shadow Drama; Researching it from the dimension of practice, making a countryside investigation to Huanxian Daoqing Puppet Shadow Drama in the visual angle of drama anthropology, can not only get an anthropology understanding from the three levels of the materials, spirit, culture in Huanxian ,but also provide a substantial evidence of real individual case for the theoretical construction of drama anthropology at the same time.
