Abstract

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy, the development of science and technology to promote China's agricultural transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. And the development of modern agriculture can not be separated from the management of agricultural information, and to adapt to this change and development, agricultural resource planning (Agriculture Resource Planning, ARP) concept. This paper focuses on the core issues of agricultural information, especially agricultural production information integration and management, put forward the concept of agricultural resource planning (ARP), on the basis of in-depth study of modern agricultural production mode and multi-support system, given the agricultural resource planning ( ARP) system planning and design ideas and methods to solve the problems of China's agricultural production management, exploration and research, a new mode of agricultural production management. ARP mode, the paper presents the modern agricultural production summarized the pluralistic structure of the body constituted grounds the five entity set of agricultural enterprises, farmers / demonstration households, agricultural market, economic organizations and agricultural experts; sets of various types of entities responsibilities and characteristics based on analyzes of the basic characteristics of the production and sales entities, given the basic resource information and input-output model of the two types of entities; given a reference definition of the ARP for the first time, pointed out that the ARP an advanced production management model based on the state-of-the-art network technology, information technology, agricultural production technologies and management techniques, it broke through the space geographical constraints, agricultural production and management activities of planning, and resource information integration and sharing, full reflects its coverage with a fast, open and regionalism, pluralism cluster and other characteristics; analysis of the architecture and the main features of the ARP, ARP architecture and function chart clearly describes the various subsystems hierarchical relationships, and the function and role of the various subsystems of ARP running processes and key technologies; management thinking around the ARP preliminary planning and design of the the ARP system functions, data, interface, and model the ARP system function is divided into user management, production management and information exchange three modules, production management module as the core, different users different permissions settings, such as sales-type users can take advantage of sales management, managed by This planning of production within the region as a whole, production users through this platform under the guidance of the government's macro-production planning according to their own situation.
