Abstract


China and the ROK narrow strip of water , since ancient times, there is a very close cultural exchange . Tanabata as one of the traditional festivals in China has a lot of cultural and artistic charm , and the representation of the Tanabata legend Cowherd and story shine as the first of the four legends in the field of folk art . Influenced by the Chinese culture in Korea to accept this beautiful legend , and the variation and development to form more and more interesting story . Study the folklore of the representative Korean heritage and variations in understanding of the deep psychological consciousness of the people of China and the ROK , national identity of the two countries , the cultural connotation between the two countries have a lot of help with research value and practical significance . The basic form of the papers on the legend of the Cowherd and Weaver inspect Korean heritage and variation , and legends in the same and different points of China and South Korea , to explore the deep cultural significance by comparing the study reveals .
