Abstract


Refers to all violations and harm others registered trademark , trademark infringement , is not only refers to no legal basis to dominate the behavior of the trademarks of others . The trademark violations occurred in real life is complex and diverse, Trademark Reverse Passing is a special one . This behavior , although in many foreign countries has its depth study , but for our country, but is still a relatively new concept , because it is closely related with the intellectual property rights of some of the basic theory , therefore its controversial theorists a lot. I intend to reverse counterfeit basic concepts from the trademark paper depth this behavior characteristics , and make their own perfect views of the relevant legislation in accordance with the features it has , hope to make this behavior for the effective regulation they should contribute .
