Objective:The purpose of this research is to find the rightest air humidity for the athlete to control and loss weight within high temperature,by compared a number of physiological indicators before and after exercise of three group athletes aerobic exercise, in high temperature 32℃and different air humidity (40%,60% and 80% humidity).Methods:Arranged 9 classical style wrestlers athletes who form Beijing professional sports teams for aerobic exercise within hight temperature and 3 different humidity during the normal training. 9 athletes were divided into 3 groups by random. Every group choose different kind of humidity every week according to Latin scheme and did moderate load treadmill exercise(65% VO2max).The time scheduled in the 8:30 to 9:30 of Monday Tuesday and Wednesday,each experiment only once a week. Before 1h of motion test the body composition,20min before the start of the test test the reacted , physical strength and extraction venous blood. After sport extraction equal amounts of venous blood within 10-15min ,than test the physical strength and reaction. When the athletes restore to calm( about 90min after test) test the body composition.Collected Indicators of body Composition, Leptin,Serum electrolytes,Energy metabolism and the indicators changes in exercise capacity before and after exercise, than contrast the data with each group.Results: 1. One-time aerobic exercise within high-temperature environment of 32℃made weight and body fat percentage decreased , while had no significant change in lean body mass; which 60% humidity group had the most significant decreased on body fat percentage and most energy consumption. 2. After one-time aerobic exercise within high-temperature of 32℃the Ca2+concentration did not change significantly. Other ion’s content, 60% humidity group the Na+,Cl-,K+concentration increased significantly, but the other two groups had no obviously changes. 3. The leptin level of 60% humidity group showed significantly increased (P <0.05) before and after exercise, 40% and 80% humidity groups the levels of leptin did not change significantly, this may be because 60% humidity group made more energy consumption and greater body fat percentage decrease. 4. The maximum back and grip strength before and after one-time aerobic exercise in high-temperature had no significant change;The single time free upward leap indicators which represent leg explosive force completed by the phosphate system had no obviously change; The 10s consecutive upward leap data which behalf of anaerobic endurance,40% humidity was significantly decreased (P <0.05), 60% humidity increased slightly. 5.One-time aerobic exercise within high-temperature environment of 32℃did not significant change in reaction time, the number of errors reaction had increased but there was not significant difference.Conclusions: The test of one-time aerobic exercise within high-temperature environment of 32℃showed that 60% humidity is better than two other humidity (40%,80%)for athletes to loss weight. It had the largest of energy consumption, most significant fat reduce. Further more 60% humidity made the sensitivity of the athletes,explosive force and anaerobic endurance in high keep,and had the least effect on the body athletic ability.
