Abstract


In this paper, to the development of production , affluent life , civilization , clean and tidy villages and democratic management \major initiatives ; study found that : Jiangsu Sports in general that walking in the forefront of the country ; reflects the Jiangsu Sports Development \the development gap in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu called the first in the country ; farmers in southern Jiangsu and northern Jiangsu sports there is a huge gap . And the provincial government to build the harmonious development of Jiangsu and the first in the country to achieve the goal of a well-off is contrary ; Jiangsu Province Sports Bureau and villages Fitness Project : to create a culture of life \the park, achieve the harmonious development of the province's rural Xintiandi expected contrary to the goal . The Jiangsu rural sports status and level of economic development is very coordinated , the Subei farmers Sports essence is still in a very backward condition . Even if the status of rural sports in the same area is also pregnant with sorrow . Which is why the process of the new rural construction in the province , the all-round development of rural sports become a problem for the province 's new rural cultural construction , have become the province's overall modernization of a problem . To this end , I solve this problem using a questionnaire survey, field survey method, literature, expert interviews and other research methods in-depth investigations and research , and ultimately the formation of a more reasonable conclusions and recommendations .
