Abstract


PE work is an important part of higher education is an important part of the school culture moral, intellectual, physical , and aesthetic development of talent , play a decisive role to the quality of the school to the community of talents . Sports performance PE in the organization , control , coordination, implementation, feedback of Sports objectives , resources , processes and arrangements reflect . Performance evaluation as an important part of the school sports performance management and its direct impact on school sports job performance management and the whole education 's overall performance management , say it from the long-term impact of education in schools and ultimately affect the quality of university personnel training quality, evaluation the sports job performance undoubtedly school sports and the whole education is important. Starting from the basic concept , performance introduced the concept of the field of physical education , sports performance and sports performance appraisal theory are discussed . Analysis the feasibility and advantages of the Balanced Scorecard thinking can be used for non-profit organizations in the sports work performance management process , and then refer to the causal relationship between the four dimensions of the Balanced Scorecard , the specific contents of each dimension to discuss Balanced Scorecard strategic thinking in sports performance evaluation , and strategic goals into concrete performance indicators , combined with literature data , questionnaire, logical analysis , design a four -level indicators 14 level indicators and 46 third-level indicators evaluation system. Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the index weight , and according to the actual situation of the development of China 's colleges and universities , the relevant laws and regulations of legal documents and authoritative expert advice , to take a combination of quantitative and qualitative , and try to work out the PE job performance evaluation criteria .
