Abstract

With the innovation of the continuing reform of the sports training ideas and methods , developed on the basis of altitude training simulation HiLo training has become a new hotspot for altitude training . But now the current situation , the simulated HiLo training mainly aerobic endurance exercise erythroid indicators . Different intensity simulated living high training low blood indicators compare little research . Analog HiLo training method to solve the contradiction of the coexistence of hypoxia load and exercise stress , the advantage of the first blood indicators . Intermittent hypoxia exposure and the double stimulation can improve the body's aerobic endurance exercise load has been fully confirmed , anaerobic endurance can be improved needs further study . This study to SD rats as the research object artificially low oxygen chamber to simulate altitude plateau 3500m around after 5 Zhou Zhongjiang degrees , 6 Zhougao Jiang training is relatively high , low-intensity simulation Living High and Training Low and normoxic training on affect the results of the blood indices to explore different intensity simulated HiLo training on blood components . The results show that : 1 . Compared with normoxic environment , simple intermittent hypoxic exposure in strength simulation HiLo can significantly increase the erythroid cell oxygen transport capacity , high - intensity simulation HiLo can stimulate the body to a certain extent, the oxygen-carrying function . 2. Compared with normoxic environment , analog the HiLo pure intermittent hypoxia stimulate ; in the training group can significantly affect bone marrow function, high training group decreased retic content suppressed bone marrow function . With oxygen environment , high training group movement instantly , retic content significantly decreased bone marrow function frustrated . 3. Relatively normal oxygen , white blood cell immune function analog HiLo had no significant effect . The same species in the oxygen environment . The white blood cell count decreased significantly in the training group immediately after exercise , leukocyte immune suppressed ; once in intensity exercise can stimulate white blood cell immune function enhancements .
