Abstract


Sustainable development is a new development model of the human civilization, it has become a basic strategy of China's economic and social development. Colleges and universities as the most fundamental source of the strategic human resources, is bound to follow this strategy, in order to ensure their own development and to promote the sustainable development of society as a whole. College sports is an important part of higher education, the construction and development of high-level sports teams as a college within a work, only to take the road of sustainable development, in order to adapt to the higher education reform and development. Goal of colleges and universities since 1986 Athletics Team has made certain achievements and experience, but on the technical levels and strength have not yet fully meet the college and educate students to participate in the worldwide competition and get good results . , The ordinary university competitive sports fostering the most prominent problem is one of the sports talents cultivating serious not sustained. Colleges and universities should become the main force of our culture athletic talent, should take on the important task of nurturing sports talent.
