Abstract


This paper the use of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics method research methods, from the analysis of the main elements of the Community Sports - community sports organizations, community sports participants, facilities, funding, community sports administrators and guidance , community sports activities to start the investigation and analysis of the status quo of Urumqi City Community Sports. The results are as follows: (a) the the Urumqi urban community sports management system in the executive-led system of vertical management structure, institutional neighborhood offices the three administrative management as well as neighborhood committees Community Sports City Sports Bureau, the District Sports Council and the government sent spontaneous organizations involved in the management system. The data show that: Urumqi community sports administration institutions and improve the general situation of management personnel, as well as part of the street to do and neighborhood committees do not have the staff to manage community sports. Managers in women than in men, the age structure is basically reasonable, most managers have received higher education, but graduated from the Department of Physical Education, hospital, school administrators. Fewer social sports instructors often grassroots guidance. (B) The survey data show that 43 district offices and 26 neighborhood community sports still residents mainly self-organized sports organizations. And the establishment of a single body of the Association, the Association of Profession Athletic Association and groups, the street and the neighborhood too little, did not form a complete network of community sports organizations. Grassroots sports organizations in the sub-district offices within the jurisdiction is not sound, is not systematic. (C) Urumqi neighborhood offices, community sports activities mainly in the multi-sport event, community single Games, Family Fun Games, organization Body Building team sports counseling activities and sporting events of the morning and evening exercises point as the main content. Neighborhood committees at morning and evening exercises point the main sporting events, a single form of activity. (D) survey data Urumqi community sports activities, venues and facilities, street offices significantly better than the neighborhood committees. Street and neighborhood committees annually financed mainly rely on government funding for community sports. Venues and lack of funding is an important factor to suppress the Urumqi urban community sports development. (E) investigation of Urumqi community fitness awareness is higher, in which the number of men who participate in sports activities than women, of all ages to participate in physical exercise, the proportion of people in this age group from 31-40 years to the poles increase. Improve the physical and mental health, rich and active the Amateur cultural life is the most important purpose of each age residents to participate in community sports activities. Most of the activities of the project has significant autonomy, diversity, economy, health, entertainment and performative, and has simple, characteristics venues instruments do not ask. (F) cultural factors affect the Urumqi city community sports development is the degree of social sports culture, public opinion and custom fashion, mass communication media, ethical and moral concepts, and school sports. Above conclusion objectively reflect the status quo of the Urumqi city community sports development proposals for the pros and cons of the status quo, to provide a reference for the Urumqi city community sports management department and personnel.
