Abstract


Board system is the basic system of private colleges and universities in the United States, but also the reform of China's traditional school, management, significant exploration of the investment system. China's private universities have been established, the Board of Directors to enhance the educational vitality of the private colleges and universities, to strengthen the school market and social contact.
