Abstract

With the development of the society and the enhancement of the people’s lives , the student’s nutrition condition have improved step by step. However, Student’s health level actually assumes the tendency which unceasingly drops, student’s physique and health have many quite prominent problems according to the result of national student physique and health investigation for 20 years, for example, students’ physical qualities have a further decline than before, including lung capacity, velocity, strength, endurance quality. Overweight and obesity of students are continue increasing, the students’ poor sight still remains high at present. The main reason for all these problems is lack of physical exercises as the experts suggested.. Ministry of Education Director also pointed out the main reason is insufficient of time and intensity in the physical exercise. The school physical education is an important constituent of school education, promoting the student healthy, to strong the student physique; Helping the student to grasp the sports elementary knowledge, the skill and the technology, raising the student sports ability, fostering the custom which frequently exercises and forms physical culture consciousness .But if lacking certain time, the development of school physical education can be an armchair strategist. Therefore we have to guarantee the student’s sports time, the school physical education have the possibility vigorous improvement. The time of "One Hour’s Physical Activity" includes the time of morning exercise and the time of gymnastic exercises, the time of physical education, the time of extracurricular sports, includes the time of enlarged class sports time and so on. To realize the importance of the time of "An Hour’s Physical Activity" can strengthen the student physique, raise student’s health standard, promotes student’s development of full scale , therefore the research has the positive significance.This paper carried out questionnaire survey on 1200 students and 120 teachers and some of the experts and PE teachers with methods of document analyses, interview, investigation, statistical , comparison study, logic etc. in order to investigate and Analyze one hour’s physical activity of middle schools in Wuhan and put forward appropriate suggestions. The results of the study indicate that:1. The middle school of Wuhan doesn’t carry out "One Hour’s Physical Activity", 80.46% of students cannot do exercise for one hour everyday.2. The quantity of physical education hasn’t to achieve national the stipulation and the request in Wuhan various middle schools; The gymnastic exercises maintains the old pattern, the student does not like; The time of school extracurricular sports is insufficient, and the dynamics must be strengthen; The middle school have not cultivated the sports form of enlarged class.3. The student’s sports motive of middle-school in Wuhan is good, the sports interest is thick, the manner of participation sports is positive, and they have the reasonable localization to the sports function.4. The leaders of the school have no focus on the sports , the study pressure of the students is high ,the students have few time for exercise , the condition of equipment of the school is limited, the environment around student’s is bad ,the new teacher of P.E. aren’t sufficient and so on ,they are the primary external factor to affect "One Hour’s Physical Activity" to carry out.In view of Wuhan’s special details, this article put forward suggestions: The leaders thoroughly implement the principle of "the health first" ; Enlarges the higher authority department management dynamics, establishes city Bureau ofEducation—Area Bureau of Education-----School leader’s three level of managementpattern; Conducts all kind of characteristic sports event , and cultivating the good sports atmosphere; Fully uses all kind of material of the student physique health monitor ,completes the propaganda work of the school sports health.
