Analysed the focal point on this field in depth.Intension of digitized statutory document that chapter one of the article has been explained, described XML standard of digitized statutory document, and summarized the key content, then put forward the key problem and difficult problem to be solved.Chapter two of the article has described the peripheral theory and technology preparation of the full-text retrieval system of the digitized statutory document, then introduced the development state of the full-text retrieval system around the globe.Chapter three is the most important section of this text. Especially explained the using of platform .NET for the design of the system. And has expounded the fact that adopts DotLucene full-text search engine as a key module. Described the course of full-text search by the system.Chapter four of the article has described the design situation of each module of the full-text retrieval system of the digitized statutory document.
