The Study on the Effect of Systematic Rehabilitation Intervention in the Elderly Patients with Pulmonary Cancer Received Pulmonary Lobectomy During the Perioperative Period

Abstract


Objective To investigate the circumference of integrated rehabilitation intervention for patients of elderly lung lobe patients after rehabilitation value . Cardiothoracic Surgery , First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University ward 50 cases of lung cancer in elderly patients were randomly divided into intervention group and the control group , the control group received conventional care , comprehensive rehabilitation intervention on the basis of conventional care intervention group , the two groups were compared postoperative respiratory functional status , quality of life after 8d , the incidence of pulmonary complications , chest tube time and the number of days of hospitalization . Results 1 . Postoperative 3d and 7d MVV % and FVC % , FEV1 % and Pa02 were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) , postoperative respiratory functional status of the intervention group was significantly better than the control group . 2 intervention group after 8d quality of life is significantly better than the control group , the two groups were statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The intervention group the incidence of postoperative pulmonary complications 8.00% , the control group, postoperative pulmonary complication rate was 32.0% in the two groups was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Intervention group, the chest tube indwelling time and postoperative hospital stay were 1.93 ± 0.61d , 9.96 ± 0.58d , were significantly lower than the control group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion Perioperative rehabilitation interventions to improve lobectomy of lung cancer in elderly postoperative lung function in patients with Pa02 significantly improve the quality of life in patients after surgery to reduce the incidence of complications of postoperative swelling , shorter chest tube time and postoperative hospital stay , to promote the rehabilitation of patients .
