Objective To investigate osteopontin (OPN), thrombin- antithrombin complex (TAT) Clinical significance of measuring plasma levels in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) . Collected 46 cases of NSCLC , 22 patients with benign lung lesions and 20 healthy persons were plasma using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of NSCLC patients and the control group, the plasma OPN and TAT level and using SPSS11.5 statistics learning software for statistical analysis , comparison and correlation analysis of the differences in each group of data . Results ① OPN plasma levels in NSCLC patients was significantly higher than in patients with benign pulmonary disease and healthy subjects ( P = 0.017 , t = 7.376 ) ; the the TAT in NSCLC plasma levels significantly higher than patients with benign lung disease and healthy persons ( P = 0.000, t = 15.885 ) ; to ② of OPN, TAT plasma levels of contrast , the difference between benign pulmonary disease patients and healthy volunteers were no statistical significance ( P gt ; 0.05 ) ; ③ of OPN, TAT plasma levels and staging of lung cancer , distant the transfer significantly related , regardless of gender, age , histological type ( adenocarcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma comparison) ; the ④ correlation analysis : NSCLC patients OPN TAT plasma levels were positively correlated ( r = 0.502 , P lt ; 0.05) . Conclusion ① peripheral blood OPN , the TAT level diagnosis of non - small cell lung cancer , help in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant lung disease ; ② patients with NSCLC peripheral blood of OPN and the content of TAT with lung cancer invasion, metastasis related ; ③ OPN and TAT may play a collaborative role in the occurrence and development of NSCLC ; ④ detection in peripheral blood of OPN , TAT , especially joint detection judgments of both staging of NSCLC have some clinical significance , non-small cell lung cancer clinical diagnostic value .
