Abstract

Objective To study the the main ingredients of Choerospondiatis flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol anti -leukemia effect , to explore its possible mechanism of action . Quercetin and kaempferol inhibit the proliferation of HL-60 cells by MTT assay ; cycle of HL-60 cells by flow cytometry drugs induce apoptosis was observed by Western blot drug-induced survivin protein expression in HL-60 cells apoptosis . The main ingredients of Choerospondiatis flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol phenol significant anti-leukemia effect ; MTT method showed that quercetin and kaempferol significantly inhibited the growth of HL-60 cells , and a dose- and time dependence. Occurrence of G2 / M phase arrest and apoptosis of HL-60 cells by flow cytometry to administration . Western blot analysis showed that drug-induced HL-60 cells survivin protein downregulation . Conclusion wide main ingredients of jujube flavonoids quercetin and kaempferol phenol significant anti-leukemia effect , stronger than kaempferol and quercetin induced apoptosis , its mechanism of action may be through the inhibition of cell proliferation , cell cycle arrest , inhibition of survivin protein to induce apoptosis .
