Abstract


Objective To study the patients with knee osteoarthritis synovial fluid IL-17 and MMP-1 content with osteoarthritis disease severity relationship , and both in the synovial fluid level of IL-17 and MMP-1 in role in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis . The method to extract 30 cases of OA patients with mild disease ( OA group) , 30 cases of patients with severe OA lesions ( OA group) , 12 cases in the control of synovial fluid , synovial fluid measured by sandwich ELISA IL -17 , MMP-1 content . Results were measured by ELISA The control group knee synovial fluid IL-17 content of the 18.50 ± 10.19pg/ml , MMP - 1 content to 34.17 ± 25.58ng/ml in . The content of IL-17 in the synovial fluid of OA group 133.90 Return on ± 98.48 pg / ml , the MMP - content was 290.57 ± 171.03ng/ml . By inspection and control group and 0A synovial fluid content of IL-17 and MMP-1 were significantly different ( P lt ; 0.05 ) The OA group knee synovial fluid IL-17 and MMP-1 levels were significantly higher . Positive correlation exists between IL-17 and MMP-1 in the synovial fluid . The 0A synovial fluid , a positive association between IL-17 and MMP-1 and OA typing . Conclusion IL-17 and MMP - 1 in the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis of the knee have an important role in the pathological . IL-17 and MMP-1 in patients with osteoarthritis synovial fluid have a higher level and severity of joint disease , their level in the synovial fluid of patients there is a correlation . Therefore, the combined detection of IL-17 and MMP-1 levels in OA synovial fluid , and contribute to the judgment of the condition .
