Abstract


Objective To compare hepatitis B crowd with non-B hepatitis crowd gallbladder cholesterol polyps incidence , and to explore whether the correlation of hepatitis B and gallbladder cholesterol polyps , hepatitis B crowd whether prone to gallbladder cholesterol polyps and surgical indications . Line methods to collect Ningxia Medical University Hospital between January 2002 - July 2009 B-ultrasound diagnosis of gallbladder polyps ( or gall bladder disease ) the hepatitis B gallbladder polyps in patients with non-B hepatitis clinical data of patients with gallbladder polyps ( recorded general information , clinical manifestations, lipid profiles and pathological results ) , and clinical data of the two groups for statistical analysis . Results the pathologic results hepatitis B group of patients with gallbladder cholesterol polyps in 86 cases , non - cholesterol polyp 14 cases . Gallbladder cholesterol polyps of patients with hepatitis B group of the 57 cases , non - cholesterol polyps in 43 cases , hepatitis B gallbladder polyps in patients with non-B hepatitis gallbladder polyps patients the cholesterol polyp incidence , there is statistical difference ( of χ ~~ 2 = 20.64 P lt ; 0.05) . In age, sex, clinical signs and symptoms and gallbladder polyp size , quantity and weight and blood lipids , statistical comparison shows no significant difference between two groups of patients . Conclusion retrospective comparative analysis shows the information for this group of patients : 1 ) the incidence of hepatitis B and gallbladder cholesterol polyps correlation exists ; 2 ) Hepatitis B gallbladder cholesterol polyps important risk factors ; 3 ) surgical treatment of hepatitis B patients with gallbladder polyps should be cautious.
