Objective: Retrospective study , observe and evaluate the microscopic endoscopic discectomy postoperative patients with leg pain , physical function recovery from , and its influencing factors . Method : follow-up study of 64 patients discectomy discectomy patients , mean follow-up time of 18.3 months ( 28 months) . Oswestry Disability Index postoperative efficacy assessment of pain and physical function recovery condition evaluation , and analysis of some of the factors influencing efficacy . Results: 2 patients in the follow-up line and then surgical treatment , reoperation rate of 3.1% . 62 patients were followed up when the excellent and good rate was 91.9 % , the ODI average of 16.79 , compared with the preoperative and follow-up ODI value dropped by an average of 52.47 . , 41 cases (66.1 %) patients with mild dysfunction (mean 9.22 ) , 16 cases (25.8 %), moderate dysfunction ( average 27.08 ) , 5 cases (8.1%) severe dysfunction (mean 46 ) . Follow-up postoperative effects of the ODI, ODI decline of values ??, the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : 1 , the exact effect of microscopic endoscopic discectomy for lumbar disc herniation . 2 , moderate labor intensity , reasonable work habits can improve the curative effect , promote pain relief and rehabilitation of the functions of the body .
