Objective: To explore the risk factors of pulmonary hydatid cyst rupture , designed to provide the basis for clinical prevention and treatment of pulmonary hydatid cyst rupture . Methods : A retrospective analysis of 189 cases of pulmonary hydatid cysts underwent surgery from January 1995 to October 2009 , and complete clinical data , analysis of the clinical data , pulmonary hydatid cyst rupture as the dependent variable , gender , age , tribes , occupational , cough , first diagnosed , concurrent respiratory disease , complicated by other organ hydatid hydatid cyst infection , the hypoproteinemia hydatid position , the hydatid size , of hydatid number of recurrent hydatid 14 common diseases such risk factors analyzed by univariate and multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis. Results: Univariate analysis showed that career , first diagnosed , cough , concurrent respiratory disease , hydatid cyst infection the hypoproteinemia and Mergers other organs hydatid disease and lung hydatid cyst ruptured related ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Multivariate unconditional logistic regression analysis showed that concurrent respiratory disease (OR = 8.414), hydatid cyst infection ( OR = 4.435 ) , cough ( OR = 4.193 ) , and career (OR = 2.659), and the first diagnosis (OR = 2.612 ) is an independent risk factor for lung hydatid cyst rupture . Conclusion: Pulmonary hydatid cyst rupture is caused by a number of factors , concurrent respiratory disease , hydatid cyst infection , cough, career and the first time diagnosis of pulmonary hydatid cyst rupture risk factors , clinical Except for lung hydatid cyst rupture more important risk factors for high-risk groups to take appropriate measures to prevent the surgical treatment as soon as possible .
