Abstract


Decision support systems (Decision Support System, DSS) is a computer management information system (Management Information System, MIS) development of a new phase. DSS managers and decision makers to provide information to help them make important decisions, to improve scientific decision-making, and has broad prospects for development. In order to improve the level of decision-making, to survive and develop in the fierce competition, many companies have a different degree of development of decision support systems. But with the problems faced by the growing popularity of the technology development and application of existing decision support system has been greatly limit the development and application of decision support systems, the existing DSS development methods can not meet the economic and technical development of DSS- new requirements. Therefore, there is an urgent need to seek a new, more effective DSS design and development methods. View of this situation, this paper, on the basis of in-depth study of the problems in DSS and COM component technology, by comparing the components of the the DSS model structure level to identify the DSS model component object in common demonstration component technology applied to the the DSS model design and feasibility, COM-based the DSS model library design. The program can effectively solve many problems existing in the DSS development, meet DSS reusability, requirements of scalability and distributed applications, is a viable DSS development programs. Quickly build a decision support system in order to use COM components, COM-based DSS design widely used in this article through the analysis of the decision support system is the most commonly used linear programming model, a linear programming model based on COM components, on this basis, further proposed and demonstrated a third-party decision-making model component library program. The establishment of third-party decision-making model component library reuse the model to a broader range, to avoid duplication of development model, reduce waste, DSS model development toward specialization, industrialization, commercialization road provides a new idea, improve the efficiency of the software industrial production, is conducive to the further development of the DSS. Finally, through the analysis of the commercial business activities around the business enterprise commodity circulation Jin, sales, save the three links, the establishment of the decision-making model and application of this paper, the third-party decision-making model component library program built a COM-based business decision support system.
