Business English as an important branch of ESP , has been receiving increasing attention . Business English Writing , as one of the foreign language skills , requiring students to understand writing chapter of context , and the communicative purpose other knowledge . Business English Writing Teaching is not only to make students understand the characteristics of various genres Practical Discourse and stylistic features , and to improve basic writing skills , but also students of business philosophy, so that they can be dealt with in accordance with the point of view of business professionals communicative activities . In this thesis, a genre approach to guide the teaching of business English writing . The thesis main part consists of four chapters . The first chapter is an overview of the teaching of Business English and Business English Writing pointed Business English Writing teaching situation and the existing problems . The second chapter is a literature review , elaborates the genre approach is applied to the theoretical basis of the Business English Writing , genre theory , read and write integration theory , theory of ESP ability theory , English writing theory . The third chapter is based on the genre Business English Writing Teaching empirical research , the main part of the paper . The fourth chapter the research findings and discussion . This study found that the genre approach to fostering an students Business English interest in writing , to enhance awareness of student readers , students genre awareness , and thereby improve the overall writing skills . Although this study has limitations , but still has a valuable teaching revelation .
