Objective: To understand the quality of life of stroke patients and its influencing factors , reference for the further implementation of interventions to improve the quality of life of patients with stroke . The method uses existing state law application SIS, CES-D Scale and the general condition of self - prepared , four of the top three hospitals in Urumqi, Xinjiang nerve , a total of 164 surgical patients with stroke stroke after two weeks and six month investigation of the two time periods , X ± S described repeated measure two-way ANOVA , t test , multi-factor analysis of variance analysis the quality of life of patients with stroke and its influencing factors . Results better than the quality of life of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the six months after the illness in patients with cerebral infarction (p lt; 0.01), two weeks after the stroke was no significant difference . Male patients better quality of life than women ( p lt; 0.05 ) . Quality of life of stroke patients age , their own attitude towards the disease . Stroke patients life support and family support in good condition . 69.7% of patients in the two weeks after illness , depression , six months later , there are still 58.6% of patients in a depressive state , the quality of life of stroke patients with depression was significantly negatively correlated . The conclusions of the quality of life of stroke patients not only with gender, age , and is closely related with family support , social support, and psychological state . Tip : clinical care and treatment , home care , community care , should intervene as early as possible influencing factors on the quality of life of patients with stroke , and mental health of the patients given sufficient attention . Should speed up the building of community-based rehabilitation and enhance its service capabilities , and give full play to the enthusiasm of the families of internal and external resources , to promote the community, family members participate in the rehabilitation process of stroke patients .
