Through the use of the different methods the biological activity of the corresponding organ or part of the 20 species, 28 kinds of ethanol or acetone extracts of insect pests and pathogenic fungi, plant extracts and Lc Bt, Avi streptozotocin United virulence study results show that: in 28 ethanol extract of the diamondback moth (Plutella xylostella (L.)) the antifeedant effect is greater than 90% of the 10, more significantly inhibited the growth and development of the role of two (> 80%), with a strong contact action of newly hatched larvae flat storage and cocklebur, adjusted mortality rates were 100%; antifeedant effect beet armyworm (Laphygma exigua Hüber), greater than 90%, a (upright sword bean), and more significantly inhibited the growth and development of the two (> 80%) of newly hatched larvae with strong contact action Celastrus (stem) and epilepsy the eggplant (stem); bollworm 2 (Helicoverpa armigera Hüber) the antifeedant effect greater than 90%, significantly inhibited the growth and development of the role of TSN (92.14%), the newly hatched larvae tag the results are not ideal. Comparative analysis can be seen only flavescens, cocklebur, Macleaya (leaf), C. acuminata and veratridine the test bacteria performance of one or more of the better plant extracts in the same activity of eight kinds of germs The inhibitory effect (greater than 70%), the most obvious of which flavescens. The tests showed that plant extracts mixed (v / v): beet armyworm, five combinations has antifeeding additive effect nine combinations of larvae performance to tag the synergies, which Strychnos tobacco ( 2:1), cotoxicity index maximum (1401.50), most combinations of larvae showed toxic antagonism; contain the diamondback moth, where upright the concanavalin extract combination showed strong antifeedant effect TSN upright concanavalin newly hatched larvae of the diamondback moth has a higher contact action, TSN tobacco, containing upright concanavalin combination of diamondback moth newly hatched larvae exhibited excellent cytotoxicity; For the cotton bollworm, most combination showed antifeedant antagonism, Macleaya (leaf) epilepsy the eggplant (stem) (1:1) larvae tag the synergies the most prominent, and its co-toxicity index reached 700.28, in addition to the Bo drop outside the back epileptic eggplant other combinations of larvae almost no cytotoxicity, and the vast majority showed antagonism. Referring Rosenthal method extracted from the upright concanavalin seed Lc, extracting rate of 2.4%, a paper chromatography LC analysis R_f value, measured with the standard sample of the same (L-canavanine), which proved that Lc contains L-canavanine. The synergy tests showed, Lc with varying degrees of Bt and Abamectin addition of synergies of Bt Lc (1:5) and avermectin Lc (1:5) co-toxicity coefficient (CTC ), 166.47 and 191.33, respectively. Avermectin Lc (1:5) pot experiment confirmed Lc of avermectin did have a synergistic effect.
