Abstract


Experimental study : Objective: research Tiaoqixifeng mixture of brain hemorrhage rat tumor necrosis factor - alpha ( TNF - alpha ) expression , provide a theoretical basis for its clinical application and basic research . : 1 60 rats were randomly divided into sham operation group , model group , the treatment group ( low-dose group ) , the treatment group ( middle dose group ) , the treatment group ( high dose group ) , positive ( medroxyprogesterone bezoar pill ) control group (n = 6) group . By brain locator experimental rat brain injected amount of collagenase production model of intracerebral hemorrhage . Experimental rat serum and brain tissue were measured by radioimmunoassay in TNF - alpha content , and observe the experimental rat brain tissue biopsy . Results: Serum TNF - alpha expression : Angongniuhuang Pill role in the treatment of the most significant ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , followed by in the high dose group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , low-dose group treatment effect is not obvious ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , high-dose group , Angongniuhuang between the groups was no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Brain tissue TNF - alpha expression : therapeutic effect of high - dose treatment group Angongniuhuang Pill group significantly ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , low-dose group have a therapeutic effect ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , high-dose group, no significant difference between the Angongniuhuang Pill group ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: In acute cerebral hemorrhage , a Tiaoqixifeng agent can significantly reduce TNF - alpha content , inhibit the inflammatory response , which can protect brain tissue . The clinical efficacy of clinical research : Objective: the observation Tiaoqixifeng mixture of acute cerebral hemorrhage patients . The Methods: cerebral hemorrhage 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups , Tiaoqixifeng mixture in the treatment group , the control group Xingnaojing . Were given Tiaoqixifeng mixture XNJI with the basic treatment . Patients with cerebral hemorrhage neurological deficit scores before and after treatment , the viability status score and efficient statistical the observation Tiaoqixifeng mixture neurological function in patients with cerebral hemorrhage improvement . Results : Tiaoqixifeng mixture and XNJI with good efficacy ( P lt ; 0.01 ) , no significant difference between the two groups ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Conclusion: Tiaoqixifeng mixture on acute cerebral hemorrhage patients with nerve function and viability state the exact improvement .
