The Trial Research on Spleen-invigorating and Toxicity-relieving Decoction to Rats’ Psoriasis Model

Abstract


Objective: This paper is to observe the granular cell in the flake of mice tail and change of mice vaginal epithelium cell after giving jianpijiedu decoction to model mice , discuss the effect and mechanism of jianpijiedu decoction for curing psoriasis so as to supply the theory basis for clinical herbs treatment. Method: The Kunming mice were randomly assigned to three groups ,after the Sodium Chloride,jianpijiedu decoction and Acitretin capsules were given to blank group 1,herbs group1 and control group 1 respectively for 28 days , observing the granular cell in the flake of the mice tail under optical-microscope; the Kunming mice were randomly assigned to blank group 2, model group , herbs group 2 and control group 2, inject Diethylstilbestrol into model group , herbs group 2 and control group 2 for three days, given the Sodium Chloride, jianpijiedu decoction and Acitretin capsules respectively for three days , then observing karyokinesis of vaginal epithelium cell under optical-microscope. Results: compare herbs group1 with blank group 1 on the stratum granulosum P<0.05, compare control group 1 with blank group 1 on the stratum granulosum P<0.05, compare herbs group 1 with control group1 on the stratum granulosum P>0.05; compare blank group 2 with model group P<0.05 which indicated the model were established, compare model group with herbs group 2 on the karyokinesis of vaginal epithelium P<0.05, compare model group with control group 2 on the karyokinesis of vaginal epithelium P<0.05, compare herbs group 2 with control group 2 on the karyokinesis of vaginal epithelium P<0.05. Conclusion: both jianpijiedu decoction and Acitretin capsules are able to promote the distribution of stratum granulosum cell of mice tail and to restrain the karyokinesis of vaginal epithelium cell, therefore,jianpijiedu decoction is an effective cure for psoriasis.
