Abstract


Objective: strengthening the foundation of cough and asthma particles my teacher effective prescription of the optimal combination made ??on the basis of years of clinical treatment of asthma , the Guben cough and asthma particles treating bronchial asthma ( virtual whooping ) cough, breathlessness , chest tightness , throat Ming , shortness of breath , weakness , sweating, prominent efficacy in clinical applications . The topics to Chinese medicine theory , through strengthening the foundation of cough and asthma particles anti - inflammatory experiments and immunoprecipitation experiments , evaluation and exploration of the strengths of cough and asthma particle treatment of bronchial asthma mechanism of action , provide the basis for the clinical use of drugs and the development of new drugs . : Four experiments needed for mice and rats in accordance with the experimental requirements are divided into five groups , namely the control group , strengthening the foundation of cough and asthma particles low , medium and high dose group , Guilongkechuanning capsule . Strengths of cough and asthma particles on acute inflammation and chronic inflammation ; observed strengths of both humoral and cellular immune cough and asthma particles immunomodulatory effects were observed . Results: strengthening the foundation cough and asthma particles inhibit the acute inflammatory swelling of mouse ear induced by xylene ; to suppress rat agar granulation chronic swelling ; increase serum hemolysin antibody formation ; weakened 2,4 - dinitro chlorine benzene in mice induced delayed hypersensitivity . Significantly against acute and chronic inflammation , regulate humoral and cellular immunity . Conclusion: The results show that strengthening the economy cough and asthma particles have significant anti-inflammatory and immunomodulatory effects . Medication and further develop new drugs for the preparation of clinical pharmacology .
