Abstract


Objective : To observe the instructor side heat stasis detoxification treatment of malignant fever clinical efficacy. Results: ( 1 ) heat stasis detoxification party fever antipyretic effect on cancerous effects : the treatment group was 80 % in the control group was 53.33%, p lt; 0.05, statistically significant . ( 2 ) heat stasis detoxification side of the magnitude of cancer patients with fever antipyretic effects: the t test comparing the treatment group and the control group , statistically significant differences (p lt; 0.01). ( 3 ) heat stasis detoxification side of the cancerous white blood cell count of patients with fever after comparison with the control group does not have a statistically significant difference (p gt; 0.05). ( 4 ) heat stasis detoxification side of the cancer patients with fever Karnofsky effects: increased stability of the treatment group before and after treatment was 90 % in the control group increased steady rate of 83.33% . Contrast with statistically significant. Conclusions: ( 1 ) heat stasis Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and improve quality of life. ( 2 ) heat-clearing and detoxifying side can significantly improve stasis fever amplitude. ( 3 ) heat stasis detoxification parties have little effect on white blood cell count .
