Abstract


Objective:To evaluate the security and effect of clinical observation of simiaojunyi ointment for wounds analgesia-teating and healing after operation of Hemorrhoids and Anal Fistula.Method:These 180 cases of patients were separated by according to hemorrhoids, intestinal fistula, anal fissure and perianal abscess in the first instance, and them were divided into three groups of 60 cases in each randomly, and them were treated respectively. The safety index that it was toxicity of selected drugs, and changes in liver and kidney function before and after treatment; the effectiveness index that it was wound analgesic effect, healing time and healing rate.Results:1.The simiaojunyi ointment was no toxic side effects and liver and kidney dysfunction after treatment; 2.The simiaojunyi ointment analgesic medication within 48 hours of efficacy and ask for pain-drug compared with the longzhu ointment was significant difference(P<0.01), but slightly better than the tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage(P<0.05); 3.The simiaojunyi ointment within the analgesic efficacy of three consecutive dressing changes compared with the longzhu ointment was significant difference(P<0.01), but slightly better than the tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage(P<0.05); 4.The simiaojunyi ointment within wound healing time and healing rate compared with the tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage was significant difference(P<0.01), but slightly better than the longzhu ointment (P<0.05).Conclusion:The analgesic effect of the simiaojunyi ointment slightly better than the tetracaine hydrochloride mucilage, was stronger than the longzhu ointment; The promoting effect of the simiaojunyi ointment slightly better than the longzhu ointment, was stronger than the tetracain hydrochloride mucilage, and it was not serious adverse reactions in the course of the experiment.
