Purpose : the observed antithrombotic capsule treatment of vertebral - basilar artery insufficiency ( VBI ) sexual vertigo clinical efficacy explore the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease and treatment principles to determine the clinical value . Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria randomized single-blind divided into two groups . Treatment group, 30 cases of oral antithrombotic capsule ; control group, 30 cases of oral pulse bolt through capsule course of treatment was 21 days . TCM symptoms of the two groups were compared before and after treatment , signs of change , and serum lipids, of hemorheology and transcranial Doppler ultrasound (TCD) changes . Statistical analysis by SPSS15.0 software measurement data using t test , count data using χ2 test , the clinical efficacy Ridit inspection . Results: Clinical efficacy: antithrombotic capsule treatment VBI vertigo and the total effective rate was 96.7% , significantly better than the control group , 76.7 % ( P <0.05 ) . ① TCM syndrome : clinical symptoms, signs of the treatment group were improved , and significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) . ② the hemorheological : treatment group indicators of hemorheology reduce , significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) . ③ blood lipids : treatment group TC, TG reduction , increases in HDL-C was significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) . ( 4 ) transcranial Doppler ultrasound : the treatment group increased mean blood flow velocity was significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) . Conclusion : Antithrombotic capsule treatment VBI vertigo precise, easy to take , safe and easy Clinical widely .
