Objective: To evaluate the clinical efficacy of anti-inflammatory analgesic cream treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids . Methods : This clinical study observed 50 cases of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids are the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine Anorectal September 2008 to June 2009 outpatients , including 28 males and 22 females , aged 17 years old ~ The 56-year-old . Random number table, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group 25 cases , 25 cases of the control group . Gender , age, duration of the two groups of patients there was no significant difference between comparable . Treatment group were treated with anti-inflammatory pain Plaster , the control group was given Ma Ying Long Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment herein are warm water sitz bath for 10 to 15 minutes after topical hemorrhoids surface 8-10 hours , twice a day , seven days of continuous medication , respectively, in the treatment of the first three days , five days , seven days to select a common clinical signs and symptoms of inflammatory external hemorrhoids anal pain , anal bulge , hemorrhoids size changes , mucosal changes of hemorrhoids surface indicators comparative Study . Results: The total effective rate of 96% , the total effective rate was 80% , with statistical approach , the two groups were significant difference . Conclusion: 1 , anti-inflammatory analgesic cream in overall efficacy for the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids to better than Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment group . 2 , anti-inflammatory analgesic cream in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids , acts directly on the lesion , anal pain , anal bulge , hemorrhoids edema and protect hemorrhoids mucosal aspects efficacy superior to Musk Hemorrhoids Ointment group . 3 , anti-inflammatory analgesic cream to treat inflammatory external hemorrhoids , no significant side effects in the treatment process and local allergic skin reaction .
