The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy the Shenqi Sinisan treatment of chronic cholecystitis deficiency of the spleen , and try to apply the theory of Chinese medicine syndrome etiology and pathogenesis of this disease and Shenqi Sinisan drug efficacy mechanism in-depth discussion . Screened 60 cases of this disease in patients with 30 patients clinically Shenqi Sinisan treatment as the experimental group , the treatment of 30 patients as a control group choleretic piece to do before and after treatment , the patient's symptoms, signs , and B-ultrasound and group efficacy , four weeks for a course of treatment , observation of the two courses . Results the Shenqi Sinisan group improved significantly in patients with systemic symptoms , and can restore normal morphology of patients with B- gallbladder . Test group , the total effective rate of 90.00% , while the control group , the total effective rate was 56.67% , the two groups were significantly different ( P lt; 0.05 ) . So Shenqi Sini Decoction treatment of the Spleen chronic cholecystitis can be effective to alleviate the clinical symptoms , efficacy, high clinical value .
