Objective:Evaluating the efficacy of Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu Prescription, which composed by PHD Liu, in the treatment of CAG with IM or Dys, exploring the mechanism and making a guideline of the diagnosis and medicine in clinic of CAG. Methods:60 cases of CAG meeting the inclusion criteria divided into 2 groups at random, that is, Chinese herbal therapy group (observation group blow) and WeiFuChunPian group (control group blow). During this subject, the clinical symptoms, endoscope’s signs, tissue pathogenesis and the performance of the hemorheology, before and after treatment have been observed respectively. Results:The occurrence of CAG has relationship with patient’s age-related and the severity of CAG has increased with the duration of the clinical course. After taking the Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu Prescription, the total effective rate of patients was 90.0%. IM reversal rate turned to 43.3%.Gastric mucosal atrophy, IM and Dys proved efficiency reached to 80.0%,86.7% and 60.0%. Negative rate of Hp was up to 33.33% and the effective rate was 73.7%. The situation of hemorheology also had a significant provement. That is the curative effect of Fuzheng Huayu Jiedu Prescription in treatment of CAG is superior to the WeiFuChunPian. Conclusion:" Deficiency, Stasis, Poison " is considered as the major factors of CAG. Comparing with the control group, the benefiting of observation group can not only prove clinical symptoms, but also reverse the atrophic stomach mucous membrane, IM and so on, with the superior effect than that in control group. Its effect is obviously and stability.
