Objective: To observe with nourishing , Anshen role objectively determined throbbing Tang Yin Deficiency type supplemented with acupuncture tachyarrhythmia clinical efficacy. Methods: 60 patients met the inclusion criteria Yin Deficiency type tachyarrhythmia were randomly divided into traditional Chinese acupuncture treatment group ( 30 cases ) , Western medicine control group ( 30 cases ) , Chinese medicine injection group was treated objectively given soup and throbbing acupuncture , western medicine group was treated with propafenone tablets (150mg, Tid). Observed treatment lasted eight weeks . Observed arrhythmia episodes , clinical symptoms , tongue , pulse and other changes. Results: The effective rate of Chinese medicine acupuncture group, 36.67% , total effective rate was 83.33 % in the treatment ( propafenone ) group effective rate 33.33% , total effective rate was 80.00% , the two groups no significant difference (P gt; 0.05 ) . Medicines for heart palpitations , chest tightness , dizziness , fatigue, poor sleep soundly five groups symptom scores after treatment compared with before treatment were significantly different (P both lt; 0.01). Western medicine group palpitations , dizziness and other two groups symptom scores compared before and after treatment, there were significant differences (P all lt; 0.01); right chest tightness, fatigue , sleep soundly poor 3 groups symptom scores compared before and after treatment, no significant difference (P all gt; 0.05). Chinese Acupuncture group of severe lesions was 62.50% effective , and western medicine group ( effective rate of 40.00% ) are different (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine treatment of tachyarrhythmia total effect , with no significant difference propafenone group . Traditional Chinese medicine treatment in improving symptoms after treatment than before treatment significantly improved , compared with propafenone group improved significantly . In the treatment of tachyarrhythmia , a serious condition with a light degree of illness in effect . Chinese medicine combined effect of acupuncture treatment for severe disease than propafenone .
