Abstract


Objective:Through the study of 160 cases of unstable angina pectoris with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome in this paper, we believe that the qi deficiency and blood stasis and failure of fostering heart and pulse are important pathogenesis, so Yiqihuoxue and Yangxintongmai meridians are their important governance laws, and Yangxintongmai granule was designed to observe the clinical efficiency of the Yiqihuoxue and Yangxintongmai in treating patients of UAP.Methods:160 patients with UAP were randomly divided into two groups,80 cases in the treatment group using Yangxintongmai granule and 80 cases in the contrasting group.Two groups of patients were given clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram changes,Superoxide Dismutase and NO changes,CRP and flow and change of blood changes,blood lipids changes,heart ultrasound,neck artery ultrasound and other clinical observation.Results:Yangxintongmai granule can significantly improve the patients’clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, heart ultrasound and neck artery ultrasound.It can also rise superoxide dismutase and NO level and lessen general cholesterin,LDL-C and blood pressure.Conclusion:The clinical study has confirmed that Yangxintongmai granule was effective in treatment of UAP and can improve various clinical symptoms of patients.All of These indicate that the clinical results of Yangxintongmaigranule in the treatment of UAP was satisfactory.Its Mechanism is possibly relevant to increasing blood of coronary artery,improving cardiac muscle metabolizes,regulating blood lipids,
