Abstract


Land management is the economic development needs of the community, to take some means of land use, land use structure and the relationship between land use planning and adjustments to improve land use, land-use goals to achieve a measure [1] .This stage in-depth understanding of the town location, vegetation, hydrology and other natural conditions, based on the town is divided into two watershed areas, and fully analyze the current status of the two land use on water resources supply and demand, obtained in Taiwan status quo land use structure on the town is reasonable. Town located in the upper reaches of the stage Xinkaihe section, special geographical location, supply and demand balance of water resources is particularly important. Then the two watershed planning stage of the town’s water supply and demand of land use structure analysis, research planning structural adjustment programs in the land is reasonable. If necessary, and planning the land use structure to make reasonable adjustments.The thesis is divided into six chapters. Summary of the first chapter is the introduction of water resources at home and abroad on the restructuring of security and space research status, and the purpose and significance of this study are briefly introduced; The second chapter describes the town of the region’s natural on stage, the economic situation; The third chapter is to analyze the Status of land use on the stage structure of the town to study water supply and demand balance. Chapter IV, on the stage of land the town of structural adjustment in 2020; Chapter V of the town planning of land use in the stage structure and budget of the regional water supply and demand conditions; sixth chapter is the paper’s main conclusions, as well as land restructuring proposals.Based on the current year and planning stage of the town’s water supply and demand analysis concluded that, in the current year and planning land use restructuring to meet both social and economic development stage, the town of demand for water, at the same time as Xinkaihe downstream surplus water to other regions, therefore, reasonable Shangqie land use, no need to adjust current year and planning the land use structure.
