Abstract


Objective: This study by the methods of evidence-based medicine , Chinese medicine treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT) , randomized controlled trials systematic evaluation , in order to come to evaluate the efficacy of Chinese medicine treatment of deep venous thrombosis . Method: a comprehensive collection of the 1998 - 2009 TCM treatment of DVT randomized controlled clinical research literature , and in accordance with the literature selection criteria for screening ; adopted the Jadad score criteria to evaluate the quality of included studies ; collect relevant data homogeneity test , Meta analysis funnel plot analysis and sensitivity analysis , systems evaluation efficacy of Chinese medicine in the treatment of DVT . Results: ① Total 332 related literature , after screening included 43 eligible studies , 42 of them for low-quality research , a high-quality research . Divided into 10 groups drugs according to the control group , the actual literature included in the 39 statistical analysis . ② Chinese medicine treatment of DVT clinical efficacy of the comparison group, the relative efficiency of thrombolysis , anticoagulation , viscosity reduction , antiplatelet drugs for sure . Drawn by the sensitivity test analysis the control group were treated with anticoagulant therapy , thrombolytic anticoagulant therapy and thrombolytic anticoagulant Jiangnian treatment of its Meta analysis results more stable and higher authenticity . Funnel plot based around the basic symmetry in the funnel plot analysis of the control group using anticoagulant therapy , suggesting no significant publication bias . ③ Chinese medicine to reduce DVT in patients with fibrinogen and plasma viscosity levels superior to anticoagulant drug based comparison group , while no significant difference with the comparison group selection of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs . ④ Chinese medicine to reduce the red blood cells of patients with DVT hematocrit better than the comparison group selection anticoagulant plus antiplatelet drugs . Conclusion: Chinese medicine treatment of DVT clear efficacy evaluation of the application system to study its practical significance , but the included studies assessed by Jadad quality evaluation form its generally low quality , the quality of its clinical trial methodology needs to be improved .
