Abstract


Objective: To investigate not and LPR patients before and after treatment by traditional Chinese medicine and stomach Jiangni Liyan law treatment of liver and stomach symptoms and signs of improvement in the situation , the more effective ways to explore the theory the connotation and disease TCM clinical treatment of Chinese medicine treatment of LPR . Methods: 60 patients meet the diagnostic criteria incoordination between liver and LPR , were randomly divided into two groups : the treatment group and the control group . Statistical analysis of the clinical symptoms in the two groups of patients before and after treatment , and signs of improvement in the situation recorded using the statistical software SPSS13.0 do descriptive statistics , the measurement data using t test , count data the χ2 test level information Ridit analysis samples do not meet the normal distribution rank sum test . Results: After statistical analysis, the treatment group, the total efficiency of 80.00% , the total efficiency of the control group was 76.67% , after the end of treatment , the two groups in the total effective rate was no significant difference (P gt; 0.05); treatment group increased the throat mucus or improvement in signs and symptoms of nasal discharge sense , irritating cough , erythema / hyperemia and after joint hypertrophy compared with the control group , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Two groups of patients in the treatment of adverse events did not happen . Conclusion: The treatment group and the control group in improving clinical symptoms and signs on the total score efficacy ; sense of the treatment group to improve throat mucus increased or nose discharge , irritating cough, erythema / hyperemia after joint hypertrophy various signs and symptoms effective than the control group .
