Abstract


The object of this article is the principle of syndrom differentiation of blood stasis syndrome of Golden Chamber.The name of Blood Stasis was first talked In Golden Chamber,and the clinical manifestations and treatment methods and prescriptions of blood stasis were all talked in this book.This article simply debated the concept and clinical manifestations,the cause and pathogenesis of blood stasis syndrome which cited in Golden Chamber,also debated the treatment methods of blood stasis, summarized the principle of the prescriptions used to cure blood stasis syndrom systemly, summarized the influence on later ages on the treatment of blood stasis, also summarized the using of the prescriptions of Golden Chamber today.When blood stasis was happened in blood vessels,the treatment method shoud be stimulate the menstrual flow and activate the collaterals;When blood stasis was happened out of blood vessels,the treatment method shoud be purgating and promoting blood circulation.
