Abstract


Objective: through clinical observation , study and explore the clinical efficacy of treatment of elderly patients with coronary heart disease premature ventricular contractions to Ning heart Shugan soup . Methods : 60 elderly patients with coronary heart disease premature ventricular contractions were randomly divided into observation group ( 30 cases ) , I Ningxin Shugan soup ; 30 patients to , I Wenxinkeli oral treatment for four weeks , clinical symptoms were observed before and after treatment and experimental room check indicators of change . Results: The clinical observation of liver qi stagnation , the Qingxin Tranquilization Ning heart Shugan Decoction can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of the patients , the efficacy and the control group had no significant difference ( P gt ; 0.05) ; before and after treatment room premature beats were significantly improved after treatment was significantly better than before treatment , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) before and after treatment , comparing observed between the two groups after the treatment group than the control group , a significant difference ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; same time the observation group was also significantly improve the patient's blood lipid and hemorheology , endothelial function , and other indicators . Conclusion : Ning Xin Shu Gan Tang not only can effectively control the occurrence of premature ventricular contractions , but also significantly improved the clinical symptoms and biochemical tests to verify the correctness of the elderly coronary heart premature ventricular contractions On governance from heart and liver .
