Objective: To observe the basis of western medicine treatment to four wonderful flavored powder in treating nephrotic syndrome, the clinical efficacy of damp-heat explore Integrative Medicine advantages and feasibility of the disease , as well as further improvement and promotion of formula basis. Methods: We collected nephrotic syndrome patients met TCM Damp 50 cases were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group 25 cases . Control group to immune suppression, reduced proteinuria Western basic treatment , the experimental group based in Western medicine treatment plus four wonderful flavored powder, treatment for a month. Observation of clinical symptoms, signs and laboratory indicators of change, and to quantify the symptoms and signs score, making efficacy evaluation. Results: Damp TCM quantitative score : experimental group was 56% efficiency , efficiency of 36% , the total efficiency 92% ; humid original control group no change or worsening symptoms . Integral with the experimental group after treatment compared to before treatment Credits significant statistical significance (p lt; 0.01). Experimental group and control group in improving nephrotic syndrome remission rate was no significant difference ; treatment group compared with the experimental group decreased proteinuria and elevated serum albumin slightly better , but there was no significant difference. Conclusion : Modified four wonderful casual basis with Western -type heat treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome , can significantly improve patients' limbs trapped heavy, sticky mouth , mouth waiting humid clinical manifestations, thus showing Integrative Medicine advantages of this disease , whether help to improve the response rate to be primary nephrotic syndrome large sample for further study.
