Abstract


Objective: To observe the needle combination spearheading the clinical efficacy of the treatment of women Qi stagnation type melasma . Methods : 62 cases of select blood stasis type melasma female patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( 31 cases ) , 31 cases of the control group . Respectively the needle combination spearheading the scraping combined with spearheading the contrast treatment , observed clinical efficacy in the treatment and control groups before and after treatment and adverse reactions . The results : the treatment of women Qi stagnation type melasma , comprehensive efficacy in the treatment group and the control group were 87% , 77% , markedly effective rate were 65% , 39% . After statistical analysis between the two groups of clinical efficacy with no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05 ) , two sets of significant efficiency difference ( p lt; 0.05 ) , the treatment group was superior to the control group , indicating a significant effect in the treatment group . Conclusion: Needle combined spearheading the exact treatment of blood stasis type female chloasma , easy to operate, is worthy of further research and promotion .
