Clinical Study on Acupuncture Effect for Migraine among Regions and Those Impact Factors

Abstract


Objective: To observe the same kind of acupuncture treatment on the efficacy of the different regions of the same type of migraine , explore the geographical impact of migraine attacks and its treatment . Provide a theoretical basis for migraine regional Differential Treatment . Methods: Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital outpatient Guangxi Medical University Affiliated Hospital outpatient liver yang the aura migraine patients of the 30 cases , a total of 60 cases of the two groups to give the same acupuncture treatment program , the pain is in line with drama to oral naproxen tablets , indicators of patients before and after treatment effect was observed after 4 weeks of treatment ( pain score , VAS, number of migraine attacks , oral naproxen number of pieces ) , safety indicators of change , its efficacy and safety evaluation. Results: 54 patients completed the trial spondylosis , the results show that the Chengdu group healed in 6 cases ( 20%) were cured, 21 cases (70.0 %) , effective in 2 cases (6.7 %) , 1 patient ( 3.3% ) the total efficiency of 96.7% , the Guangxi group healed in 1 case ( 4.2% ) , 16 cases (66.7 %) markedly effective in 5 cases ( 20.8%) , 2 cases (8.3 %) , the total effective rate of 91.7% . The two groups constitute more than , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) . The Chengdu groups more effective than Guangxi groups . Comparisons within groups before and after treatment in the two groups : pain score , VAS, number of migraine attacks , the number of pieces of oral naproxen , the difference was statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; between the two groups after treatment : pain score, VAS , migraine attacks the number of times the number of oral naproxen tablets , the indicators are shown the Chengdu group is better than the Guangxi group ( P lt; 0.05 ) . Conclusion : Acupuncture treatment of the two patients with migraine are valid , but the differences between the geographical indeed influence the effect of acupuncture . And superior to the efficacy of the Chengdu group Guangxi group .
