Abstract


Objective: Clinical observation mentor Traumatology massage techniques and acupuncture treatment of cervical vertigo efficacy comparison explore mentor manipulation therapy the cervical vertigo clinical value and mechanism . Methods: A randomized principles , clinical 60 cases of patients with cervical vertigo divided into the manipulation therapy group and the acupuncture group average observed before and after treatment of the symptoms and signs of change and dizziness main card to improve time . Results: 1) after 4 weeks of treatment , the clinical efficacy compared treatment group controlled penetrance the 76.67% , total effective rate was 96.7% control of the control group was 53.3% , with a total effective rate of 93.3% , the difference between the two groups was statistically significance (P lt; 0.05) (2) after treatment, vertigo improve significant difference in time , the degree of long-term efficacy of the treatment group and the control group , the difference was statistically significance ( P lt ; 0.05) treatment group than the control group . Conclusion: The clinical observation of indicators prompted massage techniques to improve the symptoms and signs of cervical vertigo , have a significant role , with a high clinical application and promotion of value , and its mechanism may be that the release soft tissue adhesions, restore the cervical spine mechanics balance , eliminate muscle spasm and sympathetic irritation , relieve muscle stretch of the vertebral artery to improve blood circulation , restore vertebral - basilar artery blood supply .
