Abstract


With the rapid development of information technology and the enhancement of consumers’ requirement, we are now in a great new era of information and computer. The traditional pattern of organizing and managing an enterprise cannot adapt to market competition any more. The traditional planning systems only think about the resource utilization of single enterprise and they are limited to activity system of single enterprise. Especially the tendency of product customization demand that corporation must exceed the boundary of corporations to take effective cooperation, and form multiform organization such as virtual enterprise, supply chain to satisfy customers’ requirements. The operation of this new organization needs new planning technique.This paper summarizes basic concepts of VE, ERP and CRM, put forward Virtual-Enterprise Resource Planning, discusses some key techniques of V-ERP, lucubrates task decompounding, plan harmonizing and CRM in V-ERP, brings forward some novel thoughts, new way and model, and introduces how to develop a custom relationship management system.Virtual Enterprise takes a new challenge to traditional ERP. In the new era, based on Internet, in order to respond to market and grasp opportunities in the quickest pace, enterprises must work out the resource planning which is geared to Virtual Enterprise. Therefore, in this paper, Virtual-Enterprise Resource Planning is put forward and its characteristic and composing are analyzed and discussed; the system of V-ERP is established which includes the systematical level structure and functional model structure.The task decompounding and plan harmonizing is the key step of virtual enterprise. Based on thoughts of the research for the general production task decompounding, plan harmonizing and conflict negotiate of virtual enterprise, this paper brings forward a production plan model and a new technology of the task decompounding and plan harmonizing of virtual enterprise.V-ERP is driven by the demand of customers. This paper researches CRM technique in V-ERP, discusses the definition of customer, the connotation of CRM, evaluation of customer satisfaction degree and the system integration ofCRM and ERP.This paper takes Hong Kong Yiu Lian Dockyards Limited as background. Based on the research of the basic theory of ERP and the characteristic of dockyard-enterprise running model, faced the orientation of VE, the research gives the dockyard-enterprise’s general ERP design case and the dockyard-enterprise’s business and data model, according to the relation of enterprise business. It takes the thinking of system engineering to devise the core subsystem, subsystem VE oriented and aided subsystem. In the end, this paper studies and demonstrates Yiu Lian CRM system and describes its function, software architecture, its database design and interface design.
