Abstract


Personal Relationship Management System, an important marketing approach forwestern commercial banks and also is an innovative banking concept. Due to the differentcultural background, as well as the management system in Chinese-funded banks, is still atthe exploratory stage. Heilongjiang CCB is striving to search for a scientific, rational, suitablePersonal Relationship Management System.This paper will bring a deeply study of the development of this system through theunderstanding of it. On the research of the structure of the organization,human resources,implementation and problems in the process of the development of the Personal RelationshipManagement Systems,and the comparison between the domestic and overseas commercialbanks. And then the paper put forward the strategies and the suggestion of it.This paper mainly uses the qualitative analysis method, which focus on the status andproblems of the Personal Relationship Management System of Heilongjiang CCB. Combinedwith the actual situation of the enterprise, and analysis from the multiple perspectives, thewriter set the example of Citibank and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank, elaborates andanalysis the excellent experiences and practices of the domestic and foreign banks.Heilongjiang CCB propose a solution to improve the customer management system in theimplemental process of Personal Relationship Management System.It will further enhancethe marketing competitiveness, and provide some inspiration for the establishment of theHeilongjiang CCB Personal Relationship Management system. It also has a certain practicalsignificance for enhancing and improving the development of Heilongjiang CCB PersonalRelationship Management system and make the further optimization.
