Abstract


The rapid development of network technology and enterprise CIMS project to promote the application of the quality management system put forward higher requirements, how to effectively use enterprise network platform, quality management systems and enterprise other systems , such as management information systems (Management Information System, MIS), manufacturing automation systems (Manufacturing Automation System, MAS), engineering design automation systems (CAD / CAPP / CAM) organic integration to achieve the whole process of product life cycle analysis of the situation and quality control, process and performance evaluation and quality of information management, has become a pressing problem . In this paper, a limited liability company Northwest zirconium tubes 863/CIMS Project - \This paper, on NWZ-CAQ system needs analysis , based on the overall structure of the system design and integration , the establishment of the system functional model and information model , and proposed the development of key technology system solutions . Analysis of zirconium tubes statistical process control system the company 's specific needs and problems faced CASPC discusses using Microsoft EXCEL2000 Shixian CASPC technical feasibility and advantages of the proposed function of the system architecture and technology solutions , introduces the key technology system implementation . In addition, process and performance evaluation methods are discussed , analyzing the traditional fuzzy evaluation method of the key issues and make improvements to some extent , the use of improved fuzzy evaluation method zirconium tubes companies on issues such as supplier performance evaluation . Describes the network information environment quality management system features on the quality system based on ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management System NWZ conducted a preliminary study to examine the quality of integrated information management system implementations . This part of the research in the NWZ-CAQ system has been applied , and obtained satisfactory results.
