Abstract


Objective: To observe Qi and nourishing the heart with Coronary heart disease in patients with heart failure ( QDBS ) clinical efficacy and safety , and to explore the mechanism of its efficacy , to lay the foundation for clinical application . Materials and Methods : Eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group , in which the treatment group, 32 patients in the control group of 30 patients . The control group received conventional treatment , the treatment group in the control group on the basis of additional services Qi Yang Xin Tang , treatment lasted two weeks . Results: The two groups of patients before and after cardiac function classification efficacy comparison : the treatment group the total efficiency of 87.5% , the total efficiency of 63.33 % of the control group ( P lt ; 0.05 ) 2 groups of patients before and after treatment of heart failure : Comparison of efficacy of the treatment group, the total effective rate was 84.38% , the control group, the total efficiency of 80.00 % ( P GT ; 0.05 ) Compare the efficacy of Chinese medicine symptom of the 3 groups of patients before and after treatment : the treatment group the total effective rate was 90.63% in the control group total effective rate was 73.33 % ( P lt ; 0.05 ) Two groups of patients before and after treatment echocardiography left ventricular ejection fraction ( LVEF ) and left ventricular fractional shortening ( LVFS ) were significantly improved after treatment improved significantly in the two groups than before treatment ( P lt ; 0.01 or P LT ; 0.05 ) ; treatment group than in the control group increased more significantly ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , two groups of patients before and after treatment ECG ST-T changes : the treatment group the total effective rate was 71.86% in the control group total effective rate was 66.67 % ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . Two groups of patients before and after treatment blood lipids : the two groups of patients after treatment before cholesterol triglycerides, total cholesterol , low density lipoprotein decreased high-density lipoprotein tendency to increase , but no statistically significant difference ( P gt ; compared to 0.05 ) security indicators : after treatment, blood , urine , stool routine , liver function ( ALT ) , renal function ( Cr , BUN ) , serum electrolytes test results with pre-treatment were no abnormal changes . Conclusion: This side of coronary heart disease heart failure ( QDBS ) efficacy in patients with confirmed , especially in improving cardiac function and efficacy of TCM symptoms significantly , and good security .
